Thank you for visiting Maria’s Art Creations. My name is Maria Dellos. I pioneered the use of Ink Dyes on Gourd Art. I have 35 years experience in the arts and 20 years experience with rubber stamping. In 2000, I discovered the world of gourd art and proceeded to carry over all my experience to gourds. In my book, “New Gourd Art with Ink Dyes”, I show you how to use ink dyes and other products that support my techniques. Many patterns are included plus valuable information to help you in designing gourd art.

I produced two new DVD’s this year. One is “Introduction to Ink Dyes”. This a one hour very informative DVD for the beginner to learn the use of ink dyes and how to blend colors.

“Introduction to Metallics” is a two hour DVD with the visuals use of Metallic Inks, Embossing Powders, Accent Powders, Metal Leafing, Heat Activated Glue, Wax and Varnish and much more. A menu allows you to navigate within the DVD and to focus on a specific technique. Some have said this is the least expensive class they ever paid for. It is beneficial to be able to view it over and over until you are comfortable with a technique. These DVD’s can be viewed on your computer or DVD player.

Classes are flexible for dates and times. I offer classes one on one and to groups, bring a friend and enjoy a day of gourd art like you never experienced.
